Bob Long laughed at how, at a party in the middle of his campaign, "along comes this guy who volunteers to make a Web site for me." Running as a Democrat to become Mayor of St. Paul, Bob lost, unfortunately. But he had a better Web site than his competition. You can see the site as it was on my server.
